ERME Career Fair Day 2008

ERME is hosting a Career Fair Day on Friday May 9th from 11:00-3:00.

Although this will primarily be for you, our current graduate students, it will also be open to prospective students from LSOE, including current seniors and juniors and those considering the 5th year program. I have specifically invited grads of the program, still in the local area, who have relevant research-oriented positions and who might themselves either have or know of job opportunities.

There will be 8 presenters, all who earned their PhD from ERME. Each presenter will have 10 minutes for their "story" including why they came here, how they got a job afterwards, the types of things they do now, and how a person could learn more about their business/company/institution.

This will be an ideal opportunity for you to ask them about out information on any current job openings at their place or in the region. I hope you will be interested in joining us for this "first-time" event.

The time frame will be 11am-3pm with some light refreshments. You are welcome to come and go as you please.
